Ivinghoe Beacon

A5, sketching pencils
If you know the story of Ivanhoe and you're in Heartfordshire sometime, you should visit this beautiful
spot where I sat on a warm summers day and lazily sketched the view.
Balloon Rabbit

A5, pencil
I did this one from an actual balloon rabbit. Where did I get this rabbit ? Well the instructor, and
as it happened course author on a Learning Tree International course for Java Swing, was also a balloon engineer. Steve Lockwood
presented a great course and also gave away cool balloons, my sister especially liked this rabbit (made from a single pink balloon)
which I took home, along with a rather large helicopter hat.
Samson Slaying a Philistine

A5, charcoal pencil
I did this one from the actual statue on a visit to the Victoria and Albert museum.
Statue of an Old Man

A5, charcoal stick
I did this from a statue my mother has.
Headphones

A5, charcoal stick
My 'good' headphones.
Antwerp Cathedral

A4, pencil
I lived in Antwerp for 5 years, this sketch was started just before I was posted to Texas, USA and on the day
of the sketch, it started to rain half-way through, so I never managed to finish it.
UCL

A4, pencil
A view of the old front from University College London, from when I
used to study there, before they extended the wings even further.
Snake Point

A5, drafting pen and coloured pencil
This is a frame from a storyboard I did about a barbarian warrior on a quest.
Ice Land

A5, drafting pen and coloured pencil
This is another frame from the storyboard.
