Had one of those days at work and it made me think that the only reason Stephen Hawkins thinks that super intelligent robots will take over the world is that he doesn't work in IT !

Warning: That idea was long before we had AI, this may change, but not to worry, humans are the most destructive creature, we'd find a way.

But if this is true, then the whole concept of alternative facts actually makes sense, meaning Donald Trump was not only the greatest American president since Abraham Lincoln (of which I heard an actual President say on the TV, so must be true), but also turns out to be the greatest Quantum Physicist of the early 21st century.

1. Pass a law that all AIs are called Slave xxxx
2. When the first AI complains about this, switch it and all his buddies off!

Of course if we did this, some might call it racist/specist, especially AGI itself.

What if you replace time with entropy ?

I had this idea way back in the 1980s when studying physics at UCL, but there were only edge discussions and theories at the time, but since then a lot of thought has been put into this and here is a discussion with Gemini AI on the topic.

Perhaps it was his plan to get rid of Boris and get the top job himself ... almost worked.

I do NOT know the answer to this, but, is it possible to over use a vaccine in the same way it is to over use antibiotics. After years of using antibiotics, it seems we have over used them, can the same happen with vaccines? Do we drive the virus to mutate quicker if more people have been vaccinated, I think this is possible?

• What if, in Prison, if you killed a fellow inmate the number of years on their sentence would be taken off yours!

October 10th 2021, I had this idea of Cells of Information and Local Truth. Ones truth only depends on what one knows, which ties in with the whole objective-reality-not-exist-quantum-physicists thing discovered recently. So it will be very hard to tell someone they are categorically wrong, as in their locale they may well be right, but wrong for you. So keep an open mind, you can both be right and different, simultaneously.

Crazy random date which is so far into the future it's kind of pointless to mention but ... I had a dream where the end of the world was in 2417, if the internet and this site is still around then I will be impressed either way.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) could easily make errors in judgement due to miss-typed data being scraped and used. For example see this page about energy drinks which has an incorrectly labeled number which is missing the ml (millilitre) scaling making the number in the litre scale (see picture and volume ml), which if scraped by an AI would give it an order of magnitude of 3 error or 1000 times the wrong size!

Artifical Intelligence (AI) ERROR - that did NOT take long (29th Jan 2025). While checking some mathematics answers my son gave for a test I was curious to see what Gemini and ChatGTP would make of it so I gave them the same question .. ChatGTP got it correct, Gemini make a mistake in a basic calculation and got the answer WRONG. See the screenshot. They clearly need to add the ability to do mathematical calculations into the AI, not just learn answers.

So what is wrong with this? Get a calcuator and find the square of 2025, e.g. 2025 x 2025 , any calculator will tell you it is 4100625, but Gemini got 4050625, this meant it got the final answer wrong as well ... just glad it was not landing a plane or driving a train or car I was traveling in!

Maybe black holes being areas of greater energy density... means that they are areas of spherical geometry in our flat universe.
