The following are DOS based scripts I used to exchange information (large and multiple files) from Linux systems to my then Windows laptop and back again, especially when the connection was poor and I needed to restart from an ongoing download without loosing too much progress.

You will need to modify the user, ip addresses, directories and files to get to suit your needs, this is provided as a framework
