The Civilisation Central Bank is responsible for handling all the civilisation level funds. When the ruler passes any order which involves a (central) cost the funds will be taken from the CCB. Funds are distributed throught the civilisation, on planets, in accounts, in resources, in units, ships etc. The CCB has the right to transfer funds (in any direction) between planets and certain unit types at will. Other types of transfer are also possible but may risk upsetting the current holder of the funds.

Funds () may be transfered between (to and from) planets, units, the Civilisations Central Bank (CCB) or any combination thereof. If no source or destination is specified the default is always the CCB.

To get a report on the status of funds at a particular location request a report on that location, e.g. report on Earth. You get an up to date overview of all your system bank based funds by requesting a report, e.g. report on funds.
